Shipping and Refund Policy

This policy explains how Atlas handles shipping, customs, cancellations, refunds, damaged products, and eligible returns.

Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. For pre-orders and crowdfunding campaigns, shipping timelines will be communicated on the product page and campaign updates.

Please note that estimated shipping dates are subject to change due to manufacturing, logistics, customs clearance, supplier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Regions

Atlas is intended to be available in most major regions worldwide. Availability may vary depending on local regulations, shipping restrictions, and carrier coverage.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout or communicated during the crowdfunding campaign.

3. Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Zyvora Labs is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Manufacturing challenges
  • Component shortages
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Weather events
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

We will communicate significant delays through email and official project updates whenever possible.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

6. Pre-Launch Reservations

If Atlas offers a refundable reservation program, such as a $1 reservation, customers may request a refund according to the terms presented during the reservation process.

Refund requests should be submitted before the specified reservation deadline.

7. Crowdfunding Campaigns

Purchases made through crowdfunding platforms such as Kickstarter are governed by the platform's policies and terms.

By supporting a crowdfunding campaign, customers acknowledge that delivery timelines may change and that products are still in development or production stages.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has entered production, packaging, or shipment processing, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If your Atlas device arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery.

To help us evaluate the issue, we may request:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the problem at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Returns

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible products, provided that:

  • The product is in its original condition
  • All accessories are included
  • The product shows no signs of misuse or damage

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

11. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds may not be available for:

  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Customized products
  • Products damaged through misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Shipping charges, duties, and taxes already incurred
